Deadlines and close of Internet bidding
Internet bidding closes one hour before the auction begins. Internet listing will be complete by 10 p.m. CST on Wednesday, April 23. Full payment for Internet purchases must be paid for at Purple Wave Mcbride facility in Derby, KS and picked up from the Purple Wave Mcbride warehouse no later than 5 p.m. Monday, March 28.
Buyer's premium and contract
There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to all purchases. Your Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them.
Penalties
Purchases not paid for within two business days of the auction will be charged to the credit card on file. If payment and pickup arrangements are not made by the required time, there will be a $10.00 handling fee assessed per item over 20 lbs and $5.00 for items weighing fewer than 20 lbs to your invoice as well as an additional $5.00 per item per day storage fee for all items without exception beginning the third business day after the auction. Purchases not picked up 14 days after the auction will be forfeit and resold to cover storage fees with no credit given to the original buyer. Buyers' accounts will then be turned over to a collection agency.

Items are located at 1611 Ledgerwood Drive in Andover, Kansas. Open house inspection will be held Sunday, April 20 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. at 205 W. Crestway Drive in Derby, Kansas. Other inspection times are by appointment only with Matt at 316.788.5573. Pickup for Internet buyers will be at the Purple Wave McBride warehouse by appointment only with Matt. The warehouse is located at 2300 N Nelson Drive in Derby, Kansas.
Payment information
For buyers attending the auction, payment must be made the night of the sale before removing any merchandise from the facility. Buyers who do not pay the night of the auction will be charged a $10 service fee for not paying and will be billed immediately.Internet buyers must pay for their merchandise at the Purple Wave Mcbride facility in Wichita, KS from 9:00am to 5:00pm Friday or Monday following the auction. We accept cash, checks, and up to $1000 on MasterCard or Visa. Credit card payments require email authorization and will not be accepted over the phone. Payments over $1000 on MasterCard or Visa will be charged an additional 2% fee. Payments of more than $1000 need to be made with wire transfer or check. A wire transfer fee of $6 will be assessed on all wire transfers. Titles will be held until confirmation of funds is received.
Item removal information
Merchandise must be removed immediately after the auction unless prior arrangements are made or items were won by the Internet bidding system. Internet buyers have until 5 p.m. Monday following the auction to remove all purchases.
